Although it is unusual that damage should occur to the following items, the items listed below are not covered by insurance and the cost of their repair or replacement is to be paid by the person hiring the vehicle, we therefore suggest that the driver avoid leaving personal belongings inside the car whenever possible, that the car is parked in a brightly lit, visible parking place, the vehicle is driven on quality road surfaces as opposed to por quality, rough surfaces and that care is taken with the key at all times so as it does not get wet, damaged or lost. All of these suggestions help to reduce the already slim possibilities of incurring extra costs and also help to avoid any disruption to your holiday.
- PalmaAirport Our “Airpark” procedure enables you to collect and return your car at PalmaAirport without being squashed into a mini bus and then driven to a nearby office without waiting in queues and also without waiting for your hire contract plus payment to be completed. We arrange everything in advance saving you time and effort when you arrive. On return you simply park your car and go. It really is so convenient. - Local Office Another place you can collect / return your hire vehicle (during office hours only) is our local office situated in the resort of Ca’n Pastilla, aproximately 1 kilometer from Palma airport. - Local Delivery During the winter season, we are sometimes able to arrange delivery of your hire vehicle to your hotel, apartment, villa or place of residence however this service will only be possible for hires of a minimum of 7 days, it is intended for areas within 20 minutes drive from Palma and will incur a small additional cost. In order to arrange this it is necessary to contact us by telephone several days before in order to arrange exactly when and where to deliver your hire car. Owing to the standard of service and our competitive prices, Terry’s Car hire has built up a large number of “regular customers” that benefit from considerable discount on their car hire costs.
